In order to meet the high demand of our customers we`ve added a few New features to our reservation process to include self scheduling.

Reservations: have to be made no less than 24hrs in advance.

Cancellations: please provide this information no less than two hours before your scheduled pick up time.

Wait time: because the operator has multiple customers, they are allowed to wait no more than 8 minutes for a pickup in order to maintain the set schedule they are running on.

Rescheduling: If you must cancel your trip for a later time on the same day you must do so within a two hour window of your desired time of rescheduling. if we cannot accommodate due to traffic conditions, schedule conflicts or any other unforeseen event you will have to reschedule for the next day.
